This car is a tribute to the King Cobra Torino Ford planned to make in 1970, but due to a change in NASCAR rules only 2 were ever made. One of these prototypes recently surfaced and has been priced at a US dealer at $549,000 (£355,000) so this looks expensive considering a standard ’70 Torino should be around £20k in the same, fully restored condition. It’s and interesting car though, but we would only be interested at less than half the price.
