We featured this very Rekord coupe on our site at the very beginning and it has now found it’s way from Portugal to auction in Berlin. It’s a two owner car that has been kept completely original – the condition will turn some people off but we love an honest car with real, attractive patina and this is one. It presents very well in black and the lines are wonderfully sharp. We still think this would make a great hot rod, so long as all the original parts could be put back!

This very slick Opel in a great colour is for sale in the Netherlands. This car lived most of its life in Switzerland before being exported to Uden, and it looks like it has had just 2 owners. It’s got 54,500km on the clock and comes with the original service book that should back up the mileage. It was painted in 2008 and looking at the engine bay it looks like grey was not the original colour. This version is a 6 cylinder 2.2 litre auto, so it will make a fine touring car. IT looks a little low at the front but the stance is quite cool!

What a cool looking coupe. I’ve never never seen one of these in the metal, and they are rare even in Germany. The black with the chrome suits it perfectly.
This would look so good lower, with whitewalls or American Racing style wheels as it clearly has US influenced lines. This example looks good on the outside, but a bit tatty inside. Very low miles (33k), 1 owner and only £7000.
